2. Service Description

• TezBots provides AI-powered WhatsApp bot generation services that allow users to create custom chatbots with unique personas
• The service includes features such as real-time chat preview, multiple personality styles, and various automation workflows
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• New features may be added to the service from time to time at our sole discretion

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features of the service, you must create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create bots that generate harmful, offensive, or content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages through WhatsApp
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Terms

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TezBots and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

For free plan users, you grant us permission to showcase your bots in our public gallery to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
• We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TezBots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TezBots, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms
